Copy, scan and print

Students, staff and faculty can obtain their copy cards from the University’s IT and Media Centre (ITMZ). The cards can be used to copy, scan, print from flash drives, and print via the Uniprint server.

Private persons may buy a copy card for 10 Euros (includes a 3 Euro nominal charge) both at the Campus Library Südstadt and at the Education, History and Antiquity Library. It can be used to make copies and to print from flash drives.

You can recharge your copy card using the charging unit in the lobby. The minimum recharge amount for the card is 5 Euros.

Copiers

The Campus Library has 4 black-and-white copiers, 2 colour copiers and a coin-operated copier on the first floor. The latter only accepts exact change and is not connected to the server. Therefore, you can only use this machine to copy, not to print. The minimum recharge amount for the card is 5 Euros. The other machines can be used for printing, scanning and copying. They are operated with the copy card and are located in the printer room on the 1st floor, as well as in the compact shelves on floors 1 and 2.
