Lost Library Card
Please contact us immediately if you have lost your library card. The account associated with the user number will be locked to prevent unauthorised access.
You can:
- tell a member of staff at one of our libraries, or
- call to have your account locked.
Students must also alert the Student Service Centre of their lost card.
Private citizens and university staff can obtain a replacement card for a fee of 5 Euros.
Should you find your missing card, you can have your account unlocked at one of our service desks. Please bring your national identity card or passport with you to do so.
